$1000 and no outside food or beverage shall be brought in. Tables, chairs, silverware & plates are an additional charge. |

Do you have a place to dress and get ready for a ceremony? |

Yes, we will provide the upstairs of Cafe Savannah’s complete with a reception area with couches and restrooms. This room is complimentary to any wedding ceremony held at the Glass Veranda. |

What time can I gain access to the Veranda on the day of event? |
|
|
7:00 a.m. the day of the event. This is dependant on no other events booked on the same day. Please discuss with the Special Events Manager prior to event date. We will be happy to accommodate the best we can. |

Do you recommend photographers or DJ’s? |
|
|
No, however we have a very good relationship with many music providers and photographers. We will not recommend any one photographer or DJ over another one as they all have their own style. We strongly suggest looking through portfolios of varying photographers and choose the one who's personality fits you the best. |

Where are the closest hotels for our guests? |

$700 to secure the date. This fee will be applied to your total event pricing. |

No, a clean-up fee is included in your total event pricing. |

Any limitations on photography? |

|
No. But, if you have images that you would like to share with us for future marketing we would be glad to work out details. All we would need is a signed talent release. |

Do you have a sound system? |

We have a microphone but we do not have a CD player. |

Is there ample parking available? |

Yes, in the main parking lot of Forest Ridge Golf Club. |

May we use rice or birdseed? |

Birdseed is fine but bubbles are preferred. We do not allow rice. |
